Abroad Comedy sketch series
Abroad is a sketch comedy series on OmniTV. Starring Isabel Kanaan, the show is about the lighter side of being a Filipino-Canadian immigrant.
In my role as the content creator and social media manager for two seasons of Abroad, I had numerous tasks and responsibilities:
Capturing behind-the-scenes footage and conducting interviews with the cast and crew, which allowed us to create engaging and thought-provoking yet humorous content centered around the experiences of immigrants in Canada.
Working closely with the show's lead, Isabel Kanaan, we edit clips from the episodes for Abroad’s Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts.
Executing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, utilizing selected episode clips.
Repurposing the show's poster to create visually appealing cover and profile photos to ensure a cohesive and consistent aesthetic on our social platforms.
Designing and animating GIFs and stickers of the cast that fans can use in Stories.
