I’ve been visiting relatives, sightseeing, and adjusting to a new place and timezone lately so I can only squeeze in so much time for blogs and vlogs (whereas back home I’d just be working, editing, and posting the days away. Gotta admit that a break like this feels pretty good for the workaholic art soul!).
I actually have a whole backlog of unreleased art, GIFs, and pre-filmed videos for at leastfourvlogs, but it’s the editing and compiling that’s taking the most time! -__- This particular post is one of those backlogs.
Do you still remember this Unicorn gouache painting I posted a few months back on Instagram? I mentioned on how I wanted to get it scanned so I can turn it into a pattern for my shop, but after the scanned image didn’t turn out as well as I hoped, I decided to digitally recreate my unicorns instead!
This was supposed to be the start of a no pressure sketch-a-day exercise, but I ended up working on it the whole day (and this is why I can never do these daily drawing things—it’s either I never finish or I get too carried away!)
